Fish Scale

You know when you go in the hawker stall and get your food?
like mixed rice.

and one of the common dish is fish.
but what I can't stand and find it very disgusting, is they did not clean the fish properly.
how?
there's still fish scaled at the end there, close to the tail.
I had experience it once before when my grandmother did not clean the fish properly.
she didn't know cause she broke her specs that day.
so after we told her, she went to the kitchen and cut off that part. haha.
but the thing is, if you're handling the business,
can you please make sure you get all the scales off.
it's very disgusting seeing it pop out after the fish is fried. urgh.
